"This is my last week with them, I will never return. I asked for some information regarding my father's insurance via email and the agent, kept insisting that we talk on the phone. I asked her to send the email, so I can understand it at my own pace, she never responded. The next day, I followed up with her and she still insisted on calling me and again I told her I'd rather see it through email. She never responded. In the time I never received the email or a reply to my text, I managed to switch insurance companies. She responded almost immediately after I told her not to bother with the email and that I've switched companies. I asked the agent a request, so I could understand it in a way I'm comfortable, yet they refused to do it. How am I supposed to trust your agent in any situation, if you don't want them to communicate in a way I'd understand. *Edit: Tiffany Khousakoun responded below earlier and says the agent, Mary sent the email. Mary never sent anything to me or my father, otherwise I wouldn't be writing this review. I think it's very disrespectful to respond with a lie."
